No matter for which application of switchboards, FTG supplies the control cabinet industry with a wide range of electrical components for power connection and distribution.
Four Pole Power Distribution Blocks
The PDBs are in a new style: the complete range is available from 100A to 160A according
to IEC 60947-7-1. A fifth bar can be added as a separate polarity or to complete the neutral bar if more outputs are needed. The connection to the neutral bar is secured by a copper pin delivered with the fifth bar. There are 3 sizes of fifth bars: 7, 12 or 15 connections. Each size of fifth bar can fit with each size of distribution block
Locking clips ensure secure DIN rail connection. These clips have an open position, which makes the distribution block easy to attach to the DIN rail. Backplate mounting is possible with 2 screws M5. The shallow depth allows mounting in most distribution panels and the cover fits in either direction.
Steel Connecting Terminals
Well established classic. As one of the leading manufacturer of power busbar systems FTG offers an extensive range of well established and innovative bow terminals. Bow terminals are a favourable alternative, if it is important to install simple yet reliable connections.
Conductors with sizes of 1.5 to 300sqmm can be connected with FTG steel connecting terminals. For flat copper of 3, 5 and 10 mm thickness there are terminals available which can be loaded up to 600 A.
Auxigaine – Control voltage busbars
A modular system that is used to provide busbars with any number of poles. Standard length of up to 1.90 m permits use as permanently energised rail for the entire height of the switch cabinet. Every other dimension is possible as well, of course. Apart from a gigantic modular system, rails can be pre-wired for standard applications in the works of the manufacturer. Auxigaine can be snapped on to a mounting plate as well as on to DIN rails using the mounting brackets intended for the purpose. Various conductors are available permitting the rails to be loaded up to 125 A.
